By the Waters of Babylon

My experience at Camp PAS last week was like a journey you see in a movie or story. I think the first day of camp was a big challenge because it was more tiring than running in a basketball practice. We first played paintball without wearing any helmet on top of our heads. It was probably the most dangerous paintball game I’ve ever played before. I could’ve been shot right at the back of my head and my dead body would be lying on the ground of a paintball battlefield.

After fifty minutes of paintball game, we started catching things in the nature such as branches and leaves. It was like I was trying to survive and get food in nature. We started hiking up the mountain to a temple. I was exhausted when I was half way through our destination. It was definitely like a long and hard journey to me. I felt like I was exploring some kind of land like Louis and Clark. Both of my legs were exhausted and I was about to give and start walking down, but I knew that my journey doesn’t end with me quitting, so I still convinced myself to walked all the way up to the temple and walk down.
